Took my Subaru Legacy in for service. Was greeted at my vehicle by a service manager. He walked me around my car and explained everything that they were going to do during the service. He made some recommendations on what else may be needed. No pressure to add on other work. After agreeing on what was going to be done he walked me to the waiting area showed me the drink area and where the rest rooms were. Service was done quickly and he came to me to deliver my vehicle back to me. Explained everything that was done and thanked me for using Autonation Subaru. More
Love my new Honda, but I would avoid this dealership if I could. The salesman, Lucas, was not able to answer all my questions regarding features of the car. He did not respond timely to my phone calls an could. The salesman, Lucas, was not able to answer all my questions regarding features of the car. He did not respond timely to my phone calls and text messages in the proceeding week. He forgot to provide a CarFax report that I had requested on my trade-in and I had to make a special trip and wait for someone else to take care of it. When I did not hear back from Lucas, I left three messages, two with sales managers and one with the receptionist. No response. The finance department took a lot of time to print out a bunch of options, but could have saved a ton of time by just asking me questions up front. Don't offer a bunch of other options to finance, when I've already agreed to a fixed payment amount and bought the cashier's check. The detailing left a lot to be desired. Greasy floor mats, stains & marks on the seats, and dog hair in the cargo area. Lucas told me they would touch up the detailing while I went to get the cashier's check and have lunch. Didn't happen. Took the car in to get it re-detailed a week later, but the service man did not know how to check in my car. Usually the sale people take care of this, but Lucas was not in yet. He told me to come back at 9:00 am. I couldn't do that as I had to go to work. The service man figured it out, checked my car in, and told me Lucas would call me when he arrived at 9:00 am to find out what I wanted done. I didn't hear from Lucas, so I called the dealership at noon. No one knew how to get my message to the right person. Lucas texted me at 1:00 to tell me my car was done. What? I hadn't even talked to him to tell him what I wanted done! Poor customer service, poor communication, lack of quality work, took way too much time...LOVE the Honda! More

Sales team was very helpful. Jeffrey was great. Right now you are paying MSRP no matter where you go, but I liked how helpful they were in tracking down a new car for me which is Jeffrey was great.
