I came to the dealership with all my papers including a pre qualification for financing to look at the Honda CRV. I was pleasantly surprised that they had the vehicle up front and ready to go. My boyfriend and I got to drive it on our own which made things very comfortable and not awkward. When we were back at the dealership, my boyfriend heard a drip and looked for it. My only complaint is that the rep was irritated by that, but then corrected his attitude when he saw me looking at him. In my opinion, you should bring someone with you that knows about cars and can verifying your making a good purchase. I did think the process would have gone faster after choosing to purchase but it was one of the fastest times I spent in a dealership before. I did have to go back to sign a paper that was missed and to thank me for my time and effort, they will fill my tank with gas when needed. I would recommend this dealership because I wasn’t pressured or made to feel less because my credit isn’t perfect yet. They saw my value and worked for me to get what I wanted and needed. More

I went in March to order my Forester with Philip and he kept in contact with me throughout the process of it being built. It came in early by a few days and I made an appointment to go in purchase it and t kept in contact with me throughout the process of it being built. Philip went thru the controls of the Forester with me and explained STARLINK to me and all the computer explanations. Excellent salesman! Dylan in Finance treated me well too! Mike the new car manager was amazing too! The only issue I had was on order, I had ordered rear seat back protectors and due to supply issues or something, they did not come with the new car.
