I received 3 written recall notices regarding my 2020 Ascent. My Ascent was exhibiting the recall issues of the transmission slipping. I took the car to the dealership only to be told they didn't have a Ascent. My Ascent was exhibiting the recall issues of the transmission slipping. I took the car to the dealership only to be told they didn't have a fix for the recall but my car was not safe to drive. They kept my car for over 3 weeks before they finally replaced the transmission. They kept blaming Corporate for not providing approvals to repair. What was worse is that I received no updates on my car and couldn't not get through on their phone lines. I tried 3 times the "leave your number to receive a callback offer" but I am still waiting 5 weeks later for a call back. I tried calling Corporate but they just referred me back to the dealership. I have serious reservations about purchasing another Subaru. More
