I have been looking for a newer Subaru (used) and looking on all sorts of websites like Carvana and AutoTrader. I found one I was interested in on AutoTrader that happened to be at AutoNation Subaru. I made on all sorts of websites like Carvana and AutoTrader. I found one I was interested in on AutoTrader that happened to be at AutoNation Subaru. I made an appointment and drove down on a Friday afternoon. I didn't think I was going to buy something that day but ended up finding the perfect car. Zaheer, my sales person, was very patient (I looked at a lot of cars), kind (answered all my questions and never made me feel pressure or dumb), and was a great communicator! I would definitely go back in the future and recommend my friends to utilize this dealership (especially if Zaheer can be their sales person). More

My service was completed as requested and to my satisfaction everyone at the dealership was kind and accommodating. Service was for routine oil/filter change. I specifically asked the service person Taylor to annotate I wanted synthetic oil as that was what was in the car. She stated that was standard. I asked again to put that on the service order but she stated that synthetic oil is standard. It is NOT for a 2011 Outback unless annotated on the work order so I ended up with conventional 5W30 oil. This is the 3rd time this has occurred at this dealership when I asked for synthetic oil. Synthetic oil is now standard on newer Outbacks (I also have a 2016 model) but not a 2011 model. Please update your service personnel. More

I have had my Subaru Legacy serviced at this dealership over the past three years and been satisfied - no complaints/problems. On 7/15/22, I made an appointment to have service (extended warranty work) on over the past three years and been satisfied - no complaints/problems. On 7/15/22, I made an appointment to have service (extended warranty work) on 7/19/22. I dropped my vehicle off on 7/18/22 so work could begin first thing on 7/19/22. Around 4:00pm on 7/19/22, service manager called me to tell me work could not be completed by the end of the day because a part necessary for repair would not be delivered to service center until the next day (7/20/22). I don't understand why, knowing the nature of the problem (contamination of the Park-Range switch internal components) and required repair (Basic Warranty had been extended for CVT Parking Brake Switch), Service Center had not had part delivered on 7/18/22 so work could be completed on 7/19/22 as promised. Service personnel was courteous. I just believe this inconvenience could have been avoided. More

Scheduled appt. for recall repair but their equipment to fix it was damaged before they could repair our car. Turned out we also needed a part to repair a leak which for recall repair but their equipment to fix it was damaged before they could repair our car. Turned out we also needed a part to repair a leak which they did not have and don't now when they will get. Everyone was very nice but we have to travel over 3 hours each way just to keep the appointment which turned out to be a huge waste of our time for nothing. We will likely have to make two more trips if they don't have the part to fix the oil leak a the same time we schedule the recall repair. I asked how safe it is to drive my car due to the recall and no one could give me an answer. I was told "I don't know." This is a bit distressing given that I have to travel so far for service. The recall concerns the transmission. Is ut unsafe to drive our car, do you know? To be fair, Subaru did not charge me for the oil and filter change they did. That was very ethical and kind of them and much appreciated. Thank you! More
