I have always given a 5 star review for this dealerships service department. However, on this visit, I told our service writer that I was having problems getting my lift gate up on my Outback. He told me th service department. However, on this visit, I told our service writer that I was having problems getting my lift gate up on my Outback. He told me there is nothing wrong, that all the doors have to be closed for it to work. That is not correct. I have opened it previously with one or more doors open. I doubt he even looked at it. I am STILL having problems. More
