I came in to get an oil change and for an issue with my stereo. When I arrived I explained the issue with my stereo. They told me to take a video the next time it happens and bring it back in. I have always given a 5 star review for this dealerships service department. However, on this visit, I told our service writer that I was having problems getting my lift gate up on my Outback. He told me there is nothing wrong, that all the doors have to be closed for it to work. That is not correct. I have opened it previously with one or more doors open. I doubt he even looked at it.
