This is a generic number with prompts with no instructions on how to contact the GM. I have called several times to the service center to be put to VM by several service managers with no return call. This just proves my point about the terrible service. I really wanted to hear what you would do to make this right but seems like I have to jump through hoops to get a callback. I am so ready to stop getting service here but you guys still fixed stuff that still is persistent issues to this day that I want to be fixed. This would be my third attempt within the past 2 weeks. No returned call still. left one as early as yesterday for a service manager named "Kanin Prasertsin" and another previously before my latest tire rotation with no call back as well. You guys also claimed to fix my AC then inquired again what it would cost for you guys to look at it again and you would charge me the same cost full price as the first time to diagnose the problem when you guys never fixed it the first time clearly. This is bad Customer Service on like every level with no follow-up. Every route to speaking to a manager or service person to discuss pricing results in a dead end and no call back then when you at the dealership the reps are short with you and give you a card to call back in to have the same revolving door process.
