Scheduled an express oil change for my WRX. They told me all the levels of fluid would be checked and filled as well as a multi inspection check. Everything was done except the windshield wiper They told me all the levels of fluid would be checked and filled as well as a multi inspection check. Everything was done except the windshield wiper fluid was empty when the car was given back to me. Notice this of course when I got home. Had to go buy windshield wiper fluid which is not a big deal I was just under the impression that that was the fluid that would be filled during my appointment time. Overall the experience was fine. I had just bought my Subaru and wanted to get it checked over before the warranty expired. I made an appointment online (SUPER easy) and when I brought my car in, the person I was scheduled to meet was avai over before the warranty expired. Ean listened to all of my concerns and took pictures of my entire vehicle. I got a call later that day from Ean who said they techs caught a recall that I was not even aware of and that replacement was added to my list of repairs. A couple of days passed and I called to ask when my car might be ready. Ean told me that it was taking a little longer than expected to work with the warranty department, so he offered a courtest car to me to use. That was a great piece of customer service that I was not expecting. When I got my car back, all of the issues had been resolved and I was on my way.
