Two things. Had car in for a number of services and they did not tell us while car was there that battery needed to be replaced, thus will cause us another trip Had car in for a number of services and they did not tell us while car was there that battery needed to be replaced, thus will cause us another trip coordinating with family members. Second, and I've written service manager before about this. All our cars have lights on automatic. Works great. But, at service, they always turn them to off position and do not turn them back to where it was when you left it. I know this is typical for service centers, but it's also very unsafe. Tonight, a family member drove around this (dark) evening not noticing. You think someone will notice but when you are used to automatic, you don't for a day or two. I will rate this service center another start lower next time if it happens again. More

We just purchased a new Crosstrek Limited 2023, with a lot of high tech safety features and add-ons. The experienced staff gave us a test drive and patiently went over every detail of all the features. They also offered a tech night every month if customers need extra training. The only thing we would request is that the service department check the tire pressure before customer picks up car. Upon checking at home, our tires were at least 10 pounds over in each tire. Now that the air pressure has been adjusted, the car drives like a dream. Thank you AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe! More
