I had a great experience. Kyle is great!!! He was really nice and knew exactly what I was there for and that I was using a package I purchased when I got my car. For me Kyle is great!!! For me it makes a big difference if you deal with a kind person or just the opposite. I feel so much more relaxed knowing I have to go back in about 6 months to get my car serviced again. More

My service representative was Dylan. He was exceptional!!! He made sure I understood all the car needed. He informed me of a recall I was not aware of. The car was going to take longer He was exceptional!!! He made sure I understood all the car needed. He informed me of a recall I was not aware of. The car was going to take longer so he ordered a Lyft home and a Lyft to return to the dealership. This will be our go to service dealership from now on!!! This was my first time at this dealership. I had a scheduled service performed and a recall service. I was very impressed! My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and the counselor advised me on how to take care of the scratches in my door at home. Service is always really fast & everyone is very professional & nice. I got my rear brakes done & an air filter & was out in an hour & a half. One negative, I was supposed to get a $25 discount & it professional & nice. I got my rear brakes done & an air filter & was out in an hour & a half. One negative, I was supposed to get a $25 discount & it was not on my receipt when I looked at it after I got home, not super happy about that. More
