I highly recommend him and the dealership. Alejandra Flores, a Finance Manager, also offered the most pleasant buying experience I've had regarding the finance/lease experience -- she didn't pressure me to add services I didn't want, and was also warm, engaging, and very knowledgeable about the brand, vehicles, and financial aspects of leasing the car. This was my first time at the AutoNation Subaru Service center. I was extremely impressed with Austin and his friendly team. I did express disappointment when I learned he'd have to keep my Impreza overn center. I was extremely impressed with Austin and his friendly team. I did express disappointment when I learned he'd have to keep my Impreza overnight but he quickly set me up with a loaner. And now that I've found a way into the lot from the back, I don't have to deal with the snarly traffic on Arapahoe -- big plus! More

I had a great experience. Kyle is great!!! He was really nice and knew exactly what I was there for and that I was using a package I purchased when I got my car. For me Kyle is great!!! For me it makes a big difference if you deal with a kind person or just the opposite. I feel so much more relaxed knowing I have to go back in about 6 months to get my car serviced again. More
