Staff was polite and friendly. But it took 6 hours for an oil change and check out of stereo speakers cutting in and out. And at one point I was told that they couldn't find anythi But it took 6 hours for an oil change and check out of stereo speakers cutting in and out. And at one point I was told that they couldn't find anything wrong with my brakes!!! Will be going back to Shaw Subaru in the future. More

Stephanie was great to work with! They were able to get my car in and fixed before it was actually scheduled to go in. They did a great job. Part of the work I needed to have done also required a transmission flush but Stephanie removed that charge altogether, still accepted a coupon for another $150 off, and saved me a ton of money in the end. Great service all the way around! More
