Last Friday I took my car in for its regular maintenance (all it needed was an oil change and tire rotation). When I picked it up, they told me everything looked good (specifically mentioned by breaks/ pads (all it needed was an oil change and tire rotation). They said they did not have time to look at it that day and I needed to make a separate appointment. I dropped my car off today (Wednesday) and now they have a laundry list of other things they want to "fix" on my car that would cost about $1500 ... including break pad or shoes which I was just told last week were fine. They also want me to get my 120,000 service done when I am at 111,000 miles. So they either didn't do their job last week or this week they are trying to manipulate me. More
