My only less positive comment is the car was sold to be with ONE key fob, and I had no idea until I had signed the papers. When I learned a key fob costs over $500, I called my salesperson and persuaded him to talk to the sales manager about having an additional key fob made for me at no cost. They agreed after I would not back down. It took between 10-15 calls or texts, but someone did finally come out and create another key fob at not additional cost. Overall, I would most definitely buy from this dealership again, even though they refused to price negotiate on the sticker price of the used (2021) car. For the most part, it was a positive experience. More

Last Friday I took my car in for its regular maintenance (all it needed was an oil change and tire rotation). When I picked it up, they told me everything looked good (specifically mentioned by breaks/ pads (all it needed was an oil change and tire rotation). When I picked it up, they told me everything looked good (specifically mentioned by breaks/ pads). I told them my windshield wiper fluid was not spraying correctly and I needed it fixed. They said they did not have time to look at it that day and I needed to make a separate appointment. I dropped my car off today (Wednesday) and now they have a laundry list of other things they want to "fix" on my car that would cost about $1500 ... including break pad or shoes which I was just told last week were fine. They also want me to get my 120,000 service done when I am at 111,000 miles. So they either didn't do their job last week or this week they are trying to manipulate me. More

I am an evacuee from hurricane Ian my car was a total loss. When I started looking for a new car Subaruwasthe only dealership that took the time to work with me and had solutions to my not so ordinary pr loss.
