I used to have Hondas and with this car returned to Subaru. The service department is so much better than the Honda dealer we used to go to. And I love my Subaru. It is the best car in the snow than Subaru. The service department is so much better than the Honda dealer we used to go to. And I love my Subaru. An exceptional experience if I'm being honest. I'm used to being in dealerships where people fit that stereotypical mold of wearing a business suit/button up with slacks, having a rehearsed pitch I'm used to being in dealerships where people fit that stereotypical mold of wearing a business suit/button up with slacks, having a rehearsed pitch and just trying to bee-line the sale without taking the time to explain things. Lucas was great to work with and took the time to explain features, what was new/different between models, and walk through what the whole process would look like start to finish. There was no bouncing between multiple people, or feeling like the experience wasn't personalized. I wish that this was the universal experience across the board for dealerships. Hats off the to GM of this location for the people that have been hired and how personable they are. Keep up the great work and thank you! More
I’ve waited some time to leave a review because my initial opinion was so pejorative. On the drive home after my auto purchase I noticed smoke billowing from the engine compartment. The staff I intera initial opinion was so pejorative. On the drive home after my auto purchase I noticed smoke billowing from the engine compartment. The staff I interacted with had seemed to expect I was going to return the car on their “One Price” return policy. I shared this with the GM, Matt Smit, who arranged to have it towed back and “fixed.” It was a leaking valve cover gasket on the side adjacent the turbo. And, the oil level was still over full after leaking all the way home. While they had it back in the shop, I mentioned to “Not” the service writer that there was a sound like gravel rattling in a coffee can after starting the vehicle. He said he thought it was likely the throw out bearings on the clutch. He reconfirmed this with the mechanic before proceeding. The charge for this repair was $3000. To me. I got the car back only to realize the noise of gravel in a tin can after starting was still present. Realizing I’d been duped, I brought the car home and now have it parked under a cover until Spring to take it to Heuberger Subaru who I know to be a reputable dealer. “Not” and the mechanic couldn’t blow their nose if their brains were dynamite. It became clear with the shortage of vehicles available for purchase, they were using this very desirable model to sell and return as many times as they could. The GM, Matt Smith, is either oblivious to what his staff is doing, or the mastermind. I would avoid this dealership. More
The service was I expected from a good Subaru dealership. High quality and showing professional ethics. If it ever isn't, I will find one that is! High quality and showing professional ethics. If it ever isn't, I will find one that is! More
So hard to get an oil change/ tire rotation appt scheduled because a really mean and uncaring concierge answers the phone for them and advises me to purchase another service elsewhere because they a scheduled because a really mean and uncaring concierge answers the phone for them and advises me to purchase another service elsewhere because they are full. Finally got an appt with Autonation Subaru to do so after sacrificing my lunch break to do deep research. No car wash with the prepaid service, Threats that the very same carwash the car went through in July at delivery purchase will damage and scratch cars that go through it. I hope to give Autonation a chance to undo their damage/ unkindness. Plese make it right, this is the 3rd vehicle I bought from you. More
