The staff I interacted with had seemed to expect I was going to return the car on their “One Price” return policy. I shared this with the GM, Matt Smit, who arranged to have it towed back and “fixed.” It was a leaking valve cover gasket on the side adjacent the turbo. And, the oil level was still over full after leaking all the way home. While they had it back in the shop, I mentioned to “Not” the service writer that there was a sound like gravel rattling in a coffee can after starting the vehicle. He said he thought it was likely the throw out bearings on the clutch. He reconfirmed this with the mechanic before proceeding. The charge for this repair was $3000. To me. I got the car back only to realize the noise of gravel in a tin can after starting was still present. Realizing I’d been duped, I brought the car home and now have it parked under a cover until Spring to take it to Heuberger Subaru who I know to be a reputable dealer. “Not” and the mechanic couldn’t blow their nose if their brains were dynamite. It became clear with the shortage of vehicles available for purchase, they were using this very desirable model to sell and return as many times as they could. The GM, Matt Smith, is either oblivious to what his staff is doing, or the mastermind. I would avoid this dealership. More
The service was I expected from a good Subaru dealership. High quality and showing professional ethics. If it ever isn't, I will find one that is! High quality and showing professional ethics. If it ever isn't, I will find one that is! More

It was sold to me with a cracked front window shield, and the dealership took care of repairing that at no cost. My only less positive comment is the car was sold to be with ONE key fob, and I had no idea until I had signed the papers. When I learned a key fob costs over $500, I called my salesperson and persuaded him to talk to the sales manager about having an additional key fob made for me at no cost. They agreed after I would not back down. It took between 10-15 calls or texts, but someone did finally come out and create another key fob at not additional cost. Overall, I would most definitely buy from this dealership again, even though they refused to price negotiate on the sticker price of the used (2021) car. For the most part, it was a positive experience. More
So hard to get an oil change/ tire rotation appt scheduled because a really mean and uncaring concierge answers the phone for them and advises me to purchase another service elsewhere because they a scheduled because a really mean and uncaring concierge answers the phone for them and advises me to purchase another service elsewhere because they are full. Finally got an appt with Autonation Subaru to do so after sacrificing my lunch break to do deep research. No car wash with the prepaid service, Threats that the very same carwash the car went through in July at delivery purchase will damage and scratch cars that go through it. I hope to give Autonation a chance to undo their damage/ unkindness. Plese make it right, this is the 3rd vehicle I bought from you. More

Cons: The price I was quoted for a routine repair (brakes and differential fluid) was more than double the price of a Subaru specialist with far better customer ratings. Even with my Costco discount, their price was still higher than another Subaru dealership. More
Asst Service Mgr, Kanin Prasertsin and team were extremely efficient and diagnosed the issues ASAP. The photos taken of rodent damage to wiring explained it all. What should have taken a week (par extremely efficient and diagnosed the issues ASAP. The photos taken of rodent damage to wiring explained it all. What should have taken a week (parts supply chain) ended up just taking a few days and I was back up and running. They communicated daily on progress status. Totally satisfied with this dealer’s service. Max Dansereau-Denver More
Last Friday I took my car in for its regular maintenance (all it needed was an oil change and tire rotation). When I picked it up, they told me everything looked good (specifically mentioned by breaks/ pads (all it needed was an oil change and tire rotation). When I picked it up, they told me everything looked good (specifically mentioned by breaks/ pads). I told them my windshield wiper fluid was not spraying correctly and I needed it fixed. They said they did not have time to look at it that day and I needed to make a separate appointment. I dropped my car off today (Wednesday) and now they have a laundry list of other things they want to "fix" on my car that would cost about $1500 ... including break pad or shoes which I was just told last week were fine. They also want me to get my 120,000 service done when I am at 111,000 miles. So they either didn't do their job last week or this week they are trying to manipulate me. More
