But we almost didn't get it! We brought our title to our trade in that day to get a Hyundi from a dealer I had been working with for a month- but the kids would not fit in the back seat- so almost ready to go home, we went to the Subaru dealer next store to kick some tires but the prices seemed out of our budget- But when we compared pricing to the Hyundi Elantra, after all the discounts we received and financing at 1/2 the rates we had been qualified at, and for just about $1,000 more over the Elantra, we could afford a fairly well loaded Outback. Our salesman, Mike Shipman, was exceptional, the F&I person, Tina Riner, with Subaru Finance, found financing above our expectations......after 2 months of shoppig for a new car, (including almost inking a deal on the Chevy Cruz and Hyundi Elantra), our decision came down to two things- comfort with the dealer's way of doing business and safety. We commute from our home in south Denver to work in Colo Sprgs- It is a mountain drive and I was not comfortable with some of the higher promised milage cars we looked at- Now we have AWD, and coming back from the Springs yesterday, We became very focused on this car with Mike's knowledge of how it would fit our needs One event after the purchase really made us feel good- during the sales job, Mike told us about his wife, daughters, and that after work, he had to go open a resturant he and his wife just opened. In fact, it was their opening night and he decided to stay with us to get our car delived. .....you know it all turned out to be true when we went to the business that evening and met his wife and kids and there Mike in the kitchen- Milage was suppose to be 24/29, and we actually averaged 24.9 after driving 100 miles in the city and two hundred miles on the road- so that is my only whine at this point- I can't speak for everyone at this dealership, but we just had an awesome time working with Mike and Tina and love this car- This is what we got with credit scores around 630.....a 2012 Subaru Outback, loaded as far as we are concerned, 72 month financing at 5%, $6,000 off the sticker price, and for $2,000, we financed for a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. This is a GO Dealer, and we got a good trade in value for the Pontiac van we bought form another Denver GO dealer in 2004 for the Subaru.....it has all been good for us- Thx Mike and Tina!! When we first got there they took down a list of each and every thing that was important to us in a new (for me) car. In no time, Joanna was back with a list of cars and she hit the nail on the head perfectly. I don't think we could have done better ourselves. They didn't play favorites or cut any test drive short, they just stuck with us until the very end. Thanks so much to Joanna and Teddy. This is my first Subaru, but I'm sure it won't be my last. More
Jenny was by the far the most knowledgeable dealer I worked with in my search for a new car. She's a great listener and so patient. My eleven year-old boy can be so chatty and inquisitive and she trea worked with in my search for a new car. She's a great listener and so patient. There was no high pressure in the finance department to buy "extra" coverage. They gave a fair price on my trade-in, and paid off the loan on the trade-in quickly. I have bought many vehicles over the years and this by far has been my best experience. Joanna is a delight to deal with and is very knowledgeable on the Subaru's. She answered all of our questions honestly about the Legacy and our trade in. She communicated effectively, and responded timely to my phone calls and messages. We did run into a challenge with CarFAX in reference to our trade-in. Joanna and especially Joe Curtin went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. Without Joe Curtin's help, I don't believe we would have made this purchase. Once thie issue was resolved, we were able to get what we wanted for the trade-in and the price for the Legacy. This dealership will definitely have my recommendation in the future. As a matter of fact, I have already recommended Subaru to two friends who will be in the market for a new vehicle in the near future. More

No one was able to give us the car we wanted for the price we could afford (one dealer even refused to talk numbers unless they pulled my wife's credit). Go Subaru Arapahoe was the last dealership we went to, Ann Marie, got in touch with me after I had sent an email to several dealers in a last ditch attempt to find the right car at the right price. As soon as my wife and I met with Ann Marie she was extremely friendly and straight down the line (in other words, she didnt act like a car salesperson!). We told her what we were looking for and the price we could afford and Ann Marie then took us out in an Outback and a Forester. She gave us the spec on each, without being pushy or trying to sell us something we didnt want and above all else whe was honest. We loved the Outback so Ann Marie told us the price she could do it for, she didnt haggle or try and keep her profit margin high, we crunched the numbers and that was that. It was by far the easiest and most comfortable experience both my wife and I had had buying a car (new or used). I would highly recommend Ann Marie to anyone, great sales person........without being a salesperson! More

Her integrity and service seemed to be something I could rely on. The finance manager (Bob Chapman) was also very professional and helpful. The quality of the Subaru Legacy 2.5i LTD, and the quality of the personnel and the store just made me feel like I was making the right decision, and in my case a quick decision. More

So they could have taken me for granted when I went to pick the car up, knowing they already had a sale. But instead, Jenny raced around and tried to do every possible helpful thing she could think of. The car was immaculate and the whole process was smooth. As a further helpful note, I had trouble starting the car the next day, and called Jenny to see if she had any suggestions. She immediately contacted Go's service department and they told her to ask me if I was putting my foot on the gas while trying to start the car. Indeed I was, since I was used to older cars where you had to do that. When I stopped doing that, the car started right up and has been fine ever since. But the best part for me was Jenny's quick response while I was stuck in a downtown parking lot. And I do feel comfortable calling her again if there are any other problems, because she always makes me feel that I am important to her. Excellent job! More

I took my old Bimmer to get an oil change, and wound up buying a new car! The lease was ending on my Nissan, and Mike Skiboat (?) got me a drink in the lounge while I was waiting, so I asked him what was buying a new car! He took me thru the inventory and was very knowledgable about his stuff. I brought a car home to show my spouse and was a new Soobie owner later that day. I have had great service from this dealer and all their people each time I go there, I heartily recommend them as a good place to do business on a purchase or service for your cars. More
