Terrible experience. Waited 2.5 hours for a scheduled oil change. Techs left oil spots on inside of my car door from their hands. This place can't seem to get anything right on the service side of the house. Both my girlfriend and I purchased our cars from here and anytime we've brought our cars back for service we encounter som service side of the house. Both my girlfriend and I purchased our cars from here and anytime we've brought our cars back for service we encounter some kind of issue. Most recently I brought my car in for a recall and also asked if they could patch two punctures in the same tire. When my car was ready, I saw someone pull it around and then it just sat there for nearly an hour before someone came to get me, it was even moved out of the way twice so other newly serviced cars could be picked up first. On top of that, when I got home I discovered that only one of the two punctures in the tire had been patched, and the other nail was still clearly visible in the tire. This is just the tip of the iceberg, but their ability to botch even the simplest of repairs is representative of their complete inability to handle more complex automotive service and customer service issues. Never going back. More

David was by no means pushy, he was patient with my many questions and always committed to his promises. I was very impressed with how I was treated and respected as a customer. I would be remiss to not mention how great my experience was working with Tawseef in finance as well. He's a straight shooter and is not in the business of wasting anyone's time. I'm not one to buy extra back-end products (tire & wheel protection, maintenance packages, windshield protection, etc.), but he made an exceptional offer I couldn't refuse. I loved this. Quick and seamless process. If you're in the Denver area and in the market for a new or used Subaru, I truly believe you would be making a mistake by not first visiting this dealer. Furthermore, you're making an even bigger mistake by not working with David. Save yourself the trouble, time and headache in your search; you will not regret it. More
