Service Review - Saul I have been using Autonation Nissan in Tempe since I've been in Arizona. The help received by Saul has been okay. I will simply state what has happene I have been using Autonation Nissan in Tempe since I've been in Arizona. The help received by Saul has been okay. I will simply state what has happened to me and not include my own personal feelings about the level of service provided. A couple of visits ago, I was told that my battery needed to be replaced at 35,000 miles (2014 Nissan Altima) because of mild corrosion around the cables and the cost would be $130 dollars. I declined. Flash forward to 43,000 miles and Saul now tells me my battery only needs to be cleaned for the price of $45. I ask Saul to replace my wipers and he forgets to do so. After reviewing the work on my car, I notice that Saul had taken note of a cracked front control arm on the passenger side that Saul did not notify me of. When I looked for him to clarify, he was nowhere to be found. After being called on the radio 3 times and PA system once, he was still nowhere to be found. Thankfully, two service advisers who share his office were able to help me out. As I was leaving, I saw Saul in the parking lot sitting in a car. More
Ask for Zach--you won't be disappointed I arrived at the dealer ten minutes earlier, and although I had an appointment with a tech, someone else approached me and was willing to help. He int I arrived at the dealer ten minutes earlier, and although I had an appointment with a tech, someone else approached me and was willing to help. He introduced himself as Zach. He found my paperwork, took my car keys and offered to get the shuttle bus to take me to work. Unfortunately the shuttle bus was already on route and so, Zach offered to take me to work. I call that going above and beyond the call of duty! He was professional, helpful and got me to work in no time. Later on he called to tell me what the car needed and what would cost me, offering to once again send the shuttle to pick me up. Cars in general and everything that has to do with them, make me a little apprehensive, but thanks to Zach, I had a great experience and I will definitely return to this dealer. With people like him my car will always be in good hands! More
Service with a Smile I have purchased 2 vehicles through Autonation Tempe. Last weekend, I needed service for an oil change and 100-point inspection before mg warranty ex I have purchased 2 vehicles through Autonation Tempe. Last weekend, I needed service for an oil change and 100-point inspection before mg warranty expired. Maurice was my service person. He was friendly and informative. I had an appointment but they were running behind and may take several hours. He must have put a rush on it as he said, and my vehicle was ready in less than an hour! Thank you Maurice. More

Troy informed me that the part necessary to complete the repair was not in stock and would not be available u My 2016 Rogue was in for warranty work. Since my Rouge was dissembled waiting for the replacement part, Troy got me a loaner car to use until the next day. The Rouge was repaired the next day at the time Troy indicated it would be finished. More

Helpful Service from Saul Went to Nissan to get my car fixed. Talked to Saul, he had informed of what needed to be done. After getting the work done plus oil change, had realized I started smelling a burning smell. Called Saul to which he had me come back to the shop for a check and help get me a rental . Had the cap for the engine oil to be missing spilling oil all over the engine. As I was getting the paperwork done, Saul had informed of what he was going to do. He covered the rental, was going to have the oil replaced, and clean off the engine of all the oil. It put me at ease to see him take ownership of problem. He told me that he would try to car ready the next day and would call me. To my surprise I got a call the next day and was told the car was ready. So thank you Saul for your professionalism. More
