I bought my vehicle from this dealership 12 years ago and have had it serviced here over the years. I would say, things were a far cry from previous visits; however, it has become the way of things since the have had it serviced here over the years. I would say, things were a far cry from previous visits; however, it has become the way of things since the pandemic. My car wasn't washed, the plastic on the drivers seat and paper floor were left in it. I feel a lot of corners were cut. The multi point inspection form had no check or remarks. The thing that got me the most is that I bought a new battery. I had it tested later in the day and the health of the battery was 80 percent of the cold cranking amp fully charged. That was disappointing. I was sold a battery that had been on the shelf a long time. I know there is a 2 year warranty, but I expected better from AutoNation Tempe. I paid for a new battery and should expect the health of the battery to be 100 percent or very near that. Not happy. More

I went back to pick the car 7 hours later and the job wasn't finishes told me after the fact that I will gave to reschudule to complete the job because they didn't hve the part. I just can't leave my work whenever I want too. My experience with AutoNation Tempe extremely poor. More

Service did not fix vehicle they had two weeks and still have The same exact issues, vehicle still doing exactly the same thing I brought it in for, and the check engine light came back on 30 miles after I have The same exact issues, vehicle still doing exactly the same thing I brought it in for, and the check engine light came back on 30 miles after I left the shop. The main issue I brought it in for was not addressed or repaired and I spoke to the service advisor and asked him to recheck to make sure it was fixed a week before I picked it up More
