DON’t EVER SHOP HERE OR HEAVEN FORBID BRONG YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE! THIS DEALERSHIP IS UNTRUSTWORTHY AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT SERVICE OR YOU OR YOUR. CAR! I BROUGHT MY INFINITI SUV TO BE EVALUATED AND HAD SERVICE HERE! THIS DEALERSHIP IS UNTRUSTWORTHY AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT SERVICE OR YOU OR YOUR. CAR! I BROUGHT MY INFINITI SUV TO BE EVALUATED AND HAD TO LEAVE IT OVER THE WEEKEND. THEY DID NOT EVEN FOLLOW UP ON MONDAY SO I DID AMD THE “SERVICE INTAKE REP RUSTIN OWENS SAID YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT TO AN INFINITI DEALERSHIP. WHEN I ARRIVED ON MONDAY TO PICK UP MY CAR, THEY HAD NOT EVEN EVALUATED WHAT WAS WRONG. RUSTIN DID NOT HAVE ANY RECOMMENDATIONS. WHEN I DRIVE MY CAR TO THE INFINITI DEALERSHIP, I WAS FLABBERGASTED AND SHOCKED TO SEE THE INSIDE OF MY NEW CAR WAS TRASHED! THEY HAD TAKEN A JIY RIDE IN IT AND LEFT YHE WINDOWS OPEN DURING A DUST STORM! THE INSIDE OF MY SUV WAS COVERED WITH AN INCH OF DUST ALL OVER, PINE NEEDLES, LEAVES, DEAD INSECTS, AND OTHER DEBRIS - DISGUSTING! AT MY OWN EXPENSE I HAD TO DETAIL MY CAR even with the help of the Infiniti dealership. I CALLED RUSTIN 3 TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES AND NO REPLY. I CALLED HIS “SERVICE MANAGER” DEREK AND LEFT 2 MESSAGES AND NO REPLY! I WE T BACK AND SPOKE TO A “SERVICE ADMIN” AMANDA AMD SHE SAID DEREK WAS BUSY (PROBABLY SCREWING OVER ANOTHER SERVICE CUSTOMER) AND WOULD CALL ME…CRICKETS! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. I HAVE ALREADY STEERED OVER 20 PEOPLE PERSONALLY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL “DEALERSHIP” AND I WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO INDEFINITELY. WORST CAR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! More
