I had a horrible experience when I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got there, I told my service advisor one of my tires was low, and he immediately said they will fill it up when oil change and tire rotation. When I got there, I told my service advisor one of my tires was low, and he immediately said they will fill it up when they do the inspection and tire rotation. When it was finished, I noticed the tire was still low, and that tire was in the same location! The advisor took it back, they put air in it, and tried to give it back again without rotating! No manager on premises to speak with. Very disappointed in the service. Not really sure the oil change was even done. More
Service reps are great, have outstanding customer service. Took my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation and inspection. They offered me a car wash as well. When the service rep came to notify service. Took my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation and inspection. They offered me a car wash as well. When the service rep came to notify me that vehicle was done, my car was not washed, so they took it to the wash after I told them. Now it was washed but im guessing its the mechanic job to reset oil life on vehicle and or put a sticker for next service date???? Non of that got done. My thing is I was wondering if they even changed my oil???? I had to check since they didn't reset oil life on dash nor a sticker on windshield. But yes oil service was done. More
Didn’t realize how much it would be a hassle to bring my Nissan here. Lack of communication and information by the tech helper and long waits. The only upside to my visit was the free shuttle ride home when Nissan here. Lack of communication and information by the tech helper and long waits. The only upside to my visit was the free shuttle ride home when I stopped my car off in the morning. The tech helper said it’s be a few hours but it took 2 days to just diagnose my car. Who knows how much longer it would’ve taken to actually start working on it. Took it to AAMCO Transmissions and got it don’t in 6 hours. More
