Not sure if my detailed version of my experience was submitted or not? Synopsis of my experience is: - service department is understaffed, has too many duties, and needs to follow up with customers submitted or not? Synopsis of my experience is: - service department is understaffed, has too many duties, and needs to follow up with customers more responsively. - lack of telephone operator or service department person to make appointments and field calls is a real problem. Calls go unanswered and multiple call backs are required just to speak to someone. - lack of cashier contributes to excessive responsibilities for service advisors. Everyone dealt with was courteous and professional, but it is too hard to do business with this dealership. This has dramatically changed from when I purchased my vehicle here and the years after when I brought the vehicle in for service. I will be looking at other options for service and purchasing a vehicle in the future. More

We had extra amenities added to our new Nissan Armada. Our service personal, Ivin, was very professional, returning my calls within a reasonable time, always willing to go the extra mile to answer my que Our service personal, Ivin, was very professional, returning my calls within a reasonable time, always willing to go the extra mile to answer my questions. When he was unable to answer my questions, he would research and make inquiries as needed. He was so thoughtful to work with me to be able to get me a loaner car that would accommodate my six grandchildren, four of which are in car seats. The Nissan Armada is loaded with technology, my husband and I are technology incompetent, Ivin was very patient with me and assisted me with my questions. More

I've been taking my cars to this dealership for years. The last few years the service department has been terrible. I has my appointment scheduled 7-12-22 at 12:30 and took them almost 2 hours abd 45 min The last few years the service department has been terrible. I has my appointment scheduled 7-12-22 at 12:30 and took them almost 2 hours abd 45 minutes. Why have an appointment and the oil change (only) take so long. My device advisor Dainel was apologetic but said nothing he can do to speed up process. I may start taking my car to a different place to get service. Who ever is running this department needs lots of work to do!! More
