Called on Thursday at 10 am to get an appointment. Was able to get an appointment for the same day at 1pm. Arrived at appointment got checked in. Was back in my car and leaving by 1:50pm. Like some previous reviews customer service is lacking and it's tough to get ahold of anybody. Bought new in 2003 altima se, service was most thru Nissan. 2 sets of cam and crank sensors, 2 fuel pumps thr and it's tough to get ahold of anybody. Bought new in 2003 altima se, service was most thru Nissan. 2 sets of cam and crank sensors, 2 fuel pumps thruout the years, never informed of service recalls $20,000+ on me. Synopsis of my experience is: - service department is understaffed, has too many duties, and needs to follow up with customers submitted or not? Synopsis of my experience is: - service department is understaffed, has too many duties, and needs to follow up with customers more responsively. - lack of telephone operator or service department person to make appointments and field calls is a real problem. Calls go unanswered and multiple call backs are required just to speak to someone. - lack of cashier contributes to excessive responsibilities for service advisors. Everyone dealt with was courteous and professional, but it is too hard to do business with this dealership. This has dramatically changed from when I purchased my vehicle here and the years after when I brought the vehicle in for service. I will be looking at other options for service and purchasing a vehicle in the future. More
