Waited 3 hours for my vehicle to get just an oil change and saw they were closing the service gates. Turns out they didn’t do anything. It looked like a busy day but they did not call me at all when I told and saw they were closing the service gates. Turns out they didn’t do anything. It looked like a busy day but they did not call me at all when I told them if they can call. They said without an appointment, they will help me the next day. And so I did go again and they quickly did an oil change but they said I was getting a car wash…. And it was a bad one! There was still dirt around my car, more in the back. And there were dirty finger prints marked on my car. And I did over hear a man complain to them about not picking up phone calls which is not good just for them to check on his a/c. I wouldn’t really recommend this place, better off going to another place in Az. More
Visiting AutoNation Nissan was completely horrible and I am definitely never going there again nor would I recommend anyone use them for service on their vehicle. I setup an appointment for Wed, Aug 3rd to get 3 things serviced, back door lift gate passenger window Driver door key handle piece that fell off Upon dropping off the vehicle, the service advisor, Carlos asked IF the car needed to stay overnight, was that ok with us, however never mentioned that for our vehicle issue, it would be 2-3 days for just a diagnostic. We never heard from them on Wednesday so we drove to Auto Nation to get feedback in person and that is when another service advisor (can’t remember the name) disclosed that it would be a 2-3 day minimum to just figure out the issues of the car so they could call our car warranty and see what was covered. We then asked for a loaner vehicle because it was then that we realized, we’d be without a vehicle for the next few days.The service advisor said there were no loaner vehicles so we then asked if we could take the vehicle until they were ready for it and they said that IF we took it, the clock would reset only to wait another 2-3 days for a diagnostic. After providing no solutions or offering any other help, we felt like we had to comply and left the car there another day. The following day (Thursday) I received a phone call at 4:13pm and it was Carlos telling me what was wrong with my vehicle which was a validation of the issues I had described above. He then proceeded to tell me that they still needed to call the vehicle warranty to see what was covered so we’d know if there were any out of pocket expenses. I waited the entire next day (Friday) to hear back from him. He called at 2:24pm to provide an update and told me that only the lift gate was covered through warranty and all other fixes would be approx $250 out of pocket. I told him to proceed with the lift gate and I would talk to my husband about the other 2 issues that were out of pocket. I asked how soon the lift gate could be fixed and be assured me that by end of day Friday, it could be fixed. I asked him for assurance and when he placed me on a brief hold, he then came back to tell me that the mechanic working on our vehicle was gone for the day so the soonest they would work on it was Monday. I asked for him to please assure us that we would have our vehicle by end of day Monday and Carlos assured me it would be ready. I then, called the dealership all day Monday AND Tuesday and every option I selected (service, parts and sales), rang and looped back to the main line. NOBODY PICKED UP, NOBODY! Not even an option to leave a message. I received no call or message from anyone at AutoNation Nissan. We were upset to say the least, so again, we drove to the dealership to find out what was going on with our car because mind you, it’s been a week at this point. As soon as my husband walks up to service, Carlos is standing around doing nothing, he notices my husband and he starts walking the opposite direction. My husband calls for him and asks for our keys. At this point, we are ready to take our vehicle home, serviced OR not. Carlos tells my husband that he needs to check because he thinks our car “may not be put together.” He comes back and the car had NOT BEEN TOUCHED. He then tells us that we should have called and my husband tells him that we’ve been calling with no luck and the right thing to do in CUSTOMER SERVICE is to reach out to your customer (which he did not for 2 days). He then tells us that we would have to pay $160 for the diagnostic which we refused to pay because they did NOTHING to our vehicle. Carlos then tells my husband that they are just busy and he has about 30 mad customers, like us. He also told him that he was happy to call us back when things calmed down and they were “less busy”. We left the dealership with our vehicle after a week and NO work complete. NEVER going back to this dealer nor would I recommend to anyone! More
I arrived early, was taken in and service was completed very quickly. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. I was not pressed to get services that I didn't ask for. The service department is understaffed but they are not cutting back on scheduling appointments. Consequently, poor service. Staff are trying to do what they can but it is impossible to do with not enough cutting back on scheduling appointments. Consequently, poor service. I had to schedule another appointment because they could not check out a seat belt problem (reason for appointment). I appreciate everything Carlos and the service manager did for me. They really try to do a good job. Also, the phone service is pathetic. When you call no one will answer. More
