My husband was at the dealership for 3hrs. They didn’t let us know that only one tech guy showed up for work. Until he was there for 3hrs. (Poor dude that was there alone needs a raise) I wish They didn’t let us know that only one tech guy showed up for work. Until he was there for 3hrs. You get basic service. I have had better at other service centers. Sat in my car for about 7 minutes before being acknowledged for my appointment. Just in comparison with similar service centers I had gotten a detailed breakdown of what was needed for next service the cost etc but not here. More
