I called on Wednesday to schedule a service appointment for my 370Z, plus my convertible top was only opening halfway. I purchased the car with an extended warranty a little over a year ago. Scheduled the for my 370Z, plus my convertible top was only opening halfway. I purchased the car with an extended warranty a little over a year ago. Scheduled the appointment for Friday only to be told on Friday there was no one there to look at and diagnose the top issue. They kept the car over the weekend. On Monday at 4PM, I tried repeatedly to connect with service only to continually receive the voicemail. Finally, in exasperation, i connected with sales, who promptly answered the call. They left a message with service. On Tuesday, service told me they were having an issue diagnosing the problem with the top. Finally, on Wednesday they referred me to a convertible specialist (not Nissan). My appointment with them is this week (two weeks after having the car in). Nissan built the 370Z roadster clear up to 2019 so I'm not understanding why a qualified Nissan dealership can't fix the issue. More

Unfortunately this visit ruined my relationships with Nissan. I made an appointment for Monday morning at 7:00. By Tuesday at noon they had still not seen my car. I called and was unable to get through t Nissan. I made an appointment for Monday morning at 7:00. By Tuesday at noon they had still not seen my car. I called and was unable to get through to anyone. I had to leave work three times to go down to the dealership and speak with someone at the service department. They made promises that never happened and I wound up taking my car back and going to another service station. I won’t be going to Nissan anymore.. after about a decade of trusting them and using their service department. More

Service department is grossly understaffed. Day started off poorly, needed to wait nearly 30 minutes just to complete check on for drop off. Dropped car off at 8am requesting advisor to reach out with any service recommendations beyond oil change. At 3:30pm had still not heard anything and tried to reach someone at the dealership. Phone calls either looped through automated system and hung up. Was able to reach somebody from sales on the phone who just transferred me to voicemail or back to the automated phone system. Tried to contact someone through chat on the website, not available for service. Tried chatting with someone from sales to get through, several people ended my chat without resolution. At 4:45 I finally received a call from the service advisor indicating that the car was ready for pickup. What? I had requested a call to discuss any additional services that may be needed. Picked up my vehicle shortly after 5pm and found that the rear window had been left down when it went through the car wash. Back seat was soaked! More
My husband was at the dealership for 3hrs. They didn’t let us know that only one tech guy showed up for work. Until he was there for 3hrs. (Poor dude that was there alone needs a raise) I wish They didn’t let us know that only one tech guy showed up for work. Until he was there for 3hrs.
