As usual all went well. AutoNation needs to assign more help to this Dealership in the service up front and the technicians that do the work. The only way to improve you ser AutoNation needs to assign more help to this Dealership in the service up front and the technicians that do the work. The only way to improve you service is have enough help which you do not. No cashier meaning the service writers not only have to get the car serviced and ready they need to be a cashier. You do not pay them enough for all the extra work. No service manager to handle the complaints. I have been going to this dealership since Henry Brown opened it and today it is in the worst shape ever, all caused by Autonation. Went for my oil change and basic maintenance and my service representative was Danny Bedolla. He answered all my questions and went over everything that was done as well as any needed maintenance that service representative was Danny Bedolla. Booking an appointment online was easy. I dropped my vehicle off for a 9am appointment and by 2p, i hadn’t heard from anyone-so I called to try to get an update and just confirm my vehicle I dropped my vehicle off for a 9am appointment and by 2p, i hadn’t heard from anyone-so I called to try to get an update and just confirm my vehicle was actually being inspected. There was no one available. I was told a message would be given to my “service advisor” Emilio. By 5pm I hadn’t heard anything and called again, and once again, the phone rep for service was unable to get ahold of anyone and would leave another message requesting a update be provided to me. I simple wanted to know if I could pick up still that day. I even requested a supervisor or manager and was told none were available but I “should hear by back by 6p” since that is when they close. Just prior to 6p, I still hadn’t heard from anyone-so again I called and was told that all the service dept was gone for the day and that the keys and cars in service are locked up-so I wasn’t even able to get my car. I was able to get some assistance from a sales manager-but really they weren’t able to do much, but told me they would notify a supervisor to contact me first thing in the am when service opened at 7am. I never received a call or message from anyone that next morning. FINALLY, at 10am I got a text message with a web link to pictures of the “diagnostic” done on my car but no real details. I tried to call to speak with someone about it and again got the same response from the phone rep saying that no one was available and that they were unable to get anyone on the phone. My car was there for over 24 hours before I was actually able to speak with someone to communicate the status of my vehicle. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will not be returning again. I understand that service takes time and there are staffing and inventory shortages. That does not excuse the lack of communication and customer service. When I arrived to get my car, again I was greeted with the same disregard and poor service. **I was told I needed my brakes changed, that they were at 1mm, “credit card thin”, yet they had not given me any issues or indication that they were worn or near needing replacement. I took my vehicle elsewhere and was told my brakes were fine and were at a 5mm. I was also told the upper motor mounts needed replacing-but they were just fine. Again-I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. More
I don’t know if it’s the mismanagement or lack of it but I went to turn my car to have the heater looked at. I had an appt that I scheduled a week out. It was 5pm so I headed over as I needed my car to go home. I went to check and they hadn’t looked at it. All day. They said it’s because they are down staff as they let go etc. I get it but why would mgmt not block out times. They said I could leave my car for a week. No one told me that expectation when I dropped it off. They need to call corporate and ask to block out schedules. They need to look at mgmt to manage. This is the 4th time this year I’ve dropped it and had 0 done. 4th. More
Service Department is not at all responsive. Called Service Dept, and it went to voicemail. Left a call back number and was told by the system that there were 2 others ahead of me. My last appointment was not good at all. I made an appointment for an oil change and still waited 2 hours. When I received my car back my front plate was bent. Ivan was great to have as a Service advisor. Even thought the car was at the dealership for months that was not fault of Ivan.
