I took my 1996 Nissan Pathfinder to auto Plex Nissan dealership. Vehicle was left for repair for replacement of four sensors for three weeks. I tried contacting Sarah the service manager who would not r dealership. Vehicle was left for repair for replacement of four sensors for three weeks. I tried contacting Sarah the service manager who would not return her calls after leaving messages on both her personal cell phone and work phone. I ended up having to drive to the dealership three times to get information from her. I gave her authorization to order oxygen sensors twice and it was never done because she said she was too busy and didn’t wanna bother with it. When I picked up the car in the parking lot outside, it was filthy inside and out and the battery was dead. I got a jump in the idle was much worse than it ever has been when I left the vehicle. I paid $950 previously to have the car worked on and it’s worse conditions and I have it. Sarah was very inconsiderate and head for customer relations and communications. I definitely would not recommend this dealership. More

I returned to the service center because i had a good experience the first time i went to get my oil changed. This time was a completely different experience. Waited over 10 minutes for anyone to even ac experience the first time i went to get my oil changed. This time was a completely different experience. Waited over 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge i was in the service driveway. I understand that businesses are understaffed and busy, but all i wanted was to at least be acknowledged by one staff member saying that someone would be with me shortly. I stood outside my car watching staff interact with other customers and then just stand and talk with other employees, felt it was unprofessional. Once someone acknowledged me, there was no apology for the wait or anything. It then took over two hours for my oil change, waited in the waiting area and finally decided to go outside where the service advisor said “oh i have your car ready, just have to finish some paperwork.” I’m not sure how long my car had been ready and if he was going to even tell me it was ready. I felt the customer service was horrible and will not be returning. More

Typically able to get a service appointment relatively quickly. The staff are friendly. Like many businesses, some staff are new or inexperienced and can tend to make you feel less confident in the servic quickly. The staff are friendly. Like many businesses, some staff are new or inexperienced and can tend to make you feel less confident in the servicing of your vehicle. I did return my car for further servicing (collision lights illuminated). My service rep, Danny, was very thorough and assured me codes related to the warning lights had been updated or were current and responding normally. Additionally, Danny arranged for a loaner car for me so that they could have my car as long as necessary to complete the diagnostics needed. Overall, my experIence was good. More
