I came in for an oil and filter change for my Maxima. I was met at the car when I pulled in and asked if I would be waiting at the dealership. When I said yes, he told me where the two waiting rooms we I was met at the car when I pulled in and asked if I would be waiting at the dealership. When I said yes, he told me where the two waiting rooms were, and told me it would be approximately an hour wait. I grabbed a bottle of water and sat in the waiting room in the showroom. The seats were comfortable, and there was a tv to watch if I wanted to. About 50 minutes later, he came in and said my car was done. I like the fact that they could take care of the paperwork right there in the island so I didn't have to go inside, and appreciated the car wash! More
It took me 1. 5 years to get a warranty issue taken care of. The customer service was non-existent. I called, emailed, and went to the service center and still no help at all. They would take months at a time to respond to me. I had to also make a complaint to corporate before I could get my issue taken care of. I would never take my vehicle here again or buy anything from them. More

Arrived early for my 10:30 appt. Waited a few minutes to be checked in. I was told the oil change, air filter and alignment would take 2 hours.
