Great experience working with Brian Shirley. On the first visit he kept us hanging around for a little too long as he ran our credit check. But after we shut that down, it was a very easy and enjoyable experience. We leased a Leaf and Brian really new his stuff on the car and could easily show it's capabilities and features. Something that we did not see at the other dealers. They even called us the day after we signed the lease telling us Nissan had just released a new rebated and that we could come in and REDUCE our monthly payment- blew my mind! Brian has continued to follow up and quickly responded to our questions. Very impressed and I would recommend highly. More
I brought in my Nissan Sentra to be checked out before leaving for a very long road trip. I asked them to change the oil, wheels/tires and a few other simple requests. Hours later I had still not heard any updates about my vehicle. I left two voicemail messages and did not hear back until after the dealership was already closing to give me a quote. I told them to go ahead with most the options and then waited through the next day. They were very slow to keep me informed on what was going on or when my car would be ready. Once it finally was ready for pick up I had to wait another hour at the dealership. I went to tell them to not wash my car so I could leave and came to find that my tires were very bare. The mechanic pointed out after we were casually talking that I should not be road tripping with that bare of a tire, it was worrisome. So he talked to Anthony who did nothing to try and fix the situation. I left and then later realized my side mirror which was broken was not in my car so I called and after checking my trunk came to find they forgot to put it back in my car. I went back to get it and then realized they did NOT change my oil. He completely disregarded that I was about to be traveling thousands of miles. I called and explained that it was unprofessional and that they had zero customer service throughout the entire experience. The manager also did nothing to resolve the situation of make me feel at east that they had essentially done none of the work I requested AND the were rude about everything. I will absolutely avoid this dealership at all costs because the experience was so horribly frustrating. More
Bought a used car & was treated as such. Paid cash for the car, $4800. One day later, engine light came on. Didn't produce a 50 point inspection paperwork, told the car came in recently & didn't hav for the car, $4800. One day later, engine light came on. Didn't produce a 50 point inspection paperwork, told the car came in recently & didn't have a copy, but was reassured all was good. Two weeks later, A/C dies. Misinformed about what was wrong & what was fixed. Paid for services, A/C broke once again...recommended replacement of item that I was told was replaced two weeks earlier...new bill & A/C compressor needed..700.00..poor communication skills...was never called & had to call myself to see what was happening. Left without repair...two weeks later...having toi fill antifreeze daily to keep car running..I was sold a piece of junk & Power Nissan is unwilling to correct:-=( More
We went into this dealership to purchase a used vehicle after having a good experience with them 9 months earlier. Was immediately greeted with a smile from Carolyn Kane and was treated with kindness and after having a good experience with them 9 months earlier. Was immediately greeted with a smile from Carolyn Kane and was treated with kindness and respect from her (sales persons) and the rest of the staff including Jerry, Mitch, Wade (on a follow up visit). There was even a funny man singing behind the counter that made the occasion memorable and fun! After our purchase and while the shop was giving our new car a very nice detail we were treated to fresh delivered pizza and great company! Honestly the time flew by and I actually could have stayed there much longer. When it comes times to buy another car... hopefully later this year, like this car purchase... it will start and most likely end there at Power Nissan, Tempe. Power Nissan in Tempe is the best dealership I have ever encounted. Mr. Louis Carcamo is the sales person that helped me. I am a woman in my 70s and have not been to a delership in many years. Louis made we feel at ease, and welcomed from the very beginning. There were many, many cars to choose from, and with Louis' advice I was able to find a car, and financing that was right for me. Louis went out of his way to help me understand everything and made the entire experience easy for me. I would greatly recommend Power Nissan Tempe and especially Louis to everyone I know. Anyone that wants to purchase a new or used car should only go to Power Nissan Tempe, and should most definitely ask for Louis Carcamo. I am writing you this letter because I felt it was absolutely imperative that I share our experience of buying a car with you. I should start off by telling you that my wife and I throughout the years have had some "Not so good experiences" at car dealerships. To be blunt they have been down right horrible. In fact on Saturday before we went to Power Nissan we considered going home because our experience at Earnhardt and a few other places was very discouraging to say the least. But we just went through a bankruptcy and our lawyer told us that we should purchase a car to rebuild our credit so we reluctantly continued to look. Might I add that prior to stopping by Power Nissan the other places we went to treated me like we were absolute nobody's because of our BK. Within a few moments of being there we were approached by Carolyn Kane who was in a golf cart. She was very friendly and for once I didnt find myself annoyed to be near a car sales rep. She wasnt pushy, wasnt aggressive, she just simply told me her name and said "If you need help I am here for you" I remember when she walked away I looked at my wife and said "wow I cannot believe how pleasant that conversation was. So instead of leaving irritated like I have done on dozens of car lots we kept looking. We eventually found a car that my wife really liked (Nissan Altima). I immediate told my wife "lets find Carolyn". So we walked inside and the staff was kind enough to page her for us. Carolyn came walking over with a hugh smile and asked us what she could do to help us. We looked at a few cars with her and then she took us for a test drive with the Altima. One other thing I think is very worthy of pointing out was Carolyn's knowledge of the vehicles. She told me many things about the Altima and Nissan in general that I frankly would never have known. Nissan knowledge, engine knowledge, general knowledge............you name it and Carolyn knew it!! My wife who is normally very very shy was extremely comfortable with Carloyn. My wife has commented to me several times since Saturday that Power Nissan is the first place who didnt treat us like garbage because of our bankruptcy and I agree with her 100%. Carolyn treated us like we were friends of hers with a 780 credit score instead of a couple she just met with a BK on their credit which trust me when I say we have never been treated like that before. The superior customer service didn't stop there either. When we were approved for the car it was starting to get a little late so my wife began to head home with my 2 year old son and I stayed by myself to sign the paperwork. Carolyn actually went out of her way to take me to the department where I needed to sign for the car. There were 2 other couples in front of me waiting to do the same thing. Carolyn came and sat down with me the entire time and talked with me about our family's, children, and life in general. I have NEVER seen or heard of a car sales rep that has gone out of their way the way Carolyn did. I was absolutely blown away by her astonishing customer service. I work in the sales and customer service side at my company so I can certainly appreciate someone going out of their way like she did. I can honestly tell you two things for certain about my experience.............1) The next time myself or anyone else is looking for a new car I will without a doubt go to Power Nissan. and 2) I will find Carolyn so she can be our sales rep again. Randy I can tell you in all honesty that I purchased a car from Power Nissan because of Carolyn Kane. She made our experience so easy and simple that day. In fact if we ever came to look at a vehicle and she was not there that particular day I would get in our car and come back the next day when she is there. Many other dealerships could learn a lot of lessons by watching the way Carolyn treats her customers. If there were more Sales reps like her I am convinced car dealerships wouldn't have such bad reputations. I should also point out as well that Jeff in the finance buiding was also extremely helpful in getting my wife on the loan to which was very important to me.
