Best vehicle buying experience I've gone to a few dealerships in the Phoenix area looking for a specific vehicle, and Autonation Nisssan Tempe (ANT) provided the best deal up front I've gone to a few dealerships in the Phoenix area looking for a specific vehicle, and Autonation Nisssan Tempe (ANT) provided the best deal up front to me. Other dealerships wanted to bargain, and negotiate which is something I'm not into. This dealership offered me the terms I was looking for upfront, while other dealerships wanted me to "compromise", and then finally meet my terms. My time is precious so if I can't get what I want up front then I don't want to hear anything else. I'm a bit picky, so ANT didnt have the color I wanted for my future vehicle, but they happened to acquire it from a different dealership BUT it didn't change the price. Coulter Nissan was going to do the same thing but charge me more because they "want to get rid of the vehicles in their own lot first". This was not the case with ANT. ABC Nissan wanted to charge me almost $13,000 more for the same vehicle I purchased from ANT. After they started this negotiation process, I demanded they return my keys from doing the appraisal so I could leave as I didnt want to hear anymore. I couldn't believe ABC Nissan would try to rip me off so much upfront, so they immediately lost my trust. Long story short, it took me 15 minutes of begging and pleading to the point of tears for them to return my keys to me. Even after they offered me their "best deal they could offer me", it was STILL $5,000 more than what ANT was offering me upfront. I did not feel pressured to purchase a vehicle at ANT, and they offered me the best price over everyone else in the valley upfront which was most important to me. I highly recommend this dealership. More
