The staff was friendly upon arrival. The waiting room was clean and also the bathroom. My door handle had broke and it was replaced in a timely manner. I had an appointment at 8:20 AM and did not leave until 11:30. Upon arrival, I did not get the usual welcome. Instead, I got a Service Advisor standing outside of his door shout, "close that door!"
