I had to call back to get the status of my vehicle instead of being told it was ready. I called during my lunch hour to find out. I almost missed the opportunity to get my Vehicle if I hadn't called back because I don't get off until after you close at times. If the service depth is open on Saturday. Why can't a person retrieve their vehicle even when the advisor they worked with isn't there? More
