Like some previous reviews customer service is lacking and it's tough to get ahold of anybody. Bought new in 2003 altima se, service was most thru Nissan. 2 sets of cam and crank sensors, 2 fuel pumps thr and it's tough to get ahold of anybody. Bought used Altima and the transmission was bad. Dealership knows and they still sell it although they replaced it wasted 2 months of my time. Store manager just a big scammer & cheater. Jack and Jalen were friendly and helpful. They both took the time needed to make me feel comfortable and make sure that I got a great deal. Synopsis of my experience is: - service department is understaffed, has too many duties, and needs to follow up with customers submitted or not? Synopsis of my experience is: - service department is understaffed, has too many duties, and needs to follow up with customers more responsively. - lack of telephone operator or service department person to make appointments and field calls is a real problem. Calls go unanswered and multiple call backs are required just to speak to someone. - lack of cashier contributes to excessive responsibilities for service advisors. Everyone dealt with was courteous and professional, but it is too hard to do business with this dealership. This has dramatically changed from when I purchased my vehicle here and the years after when I brought the vehicle in for service. I will be looking at other options for service and purchasing a vehicle in the future. More

When he was unable to answer my questions, he would research and make inquiries as needed. He was so thoughtful to work with me to be able to get me a loaner car that would accommodate my six grandchildren, four of which are in car seats. The Nissan Armada is loaded with technology, my husband and I are technology incompetent, Ivin was very patient with me and assisted me with my questions. More
