I took my vehicle in for oil change, alignment and check brakes. I was given an estimate and then a ride home. The initial contacts from the dealer were painful - local dealers still fumble the online interactions. I had to point out the meeting request and then explained I needed to know the out the door price to compare with Carvana. She promised to speak with her manager to get the details over to me. A few hours later a guys calls with the same inquiry - didn't know I spoke to someone earlier. I have to re-explain... then he promised to have his manager send over the out-the-door price. Nothing. A bit later, a manager calls me asking if I need anything so I re-explained again... He promptly sent over the offer sheet BUT "accidently" included a $599 window tint option which I had to point out needs to be removed. My wife bought a car off Carvana and it was a fraction of the effort and time.... More

Pain in the xxx all around. Should've walked away when I had the chance. Then, I have a "we owe" for a second key on a used truck. Followed up several times to ensure I had a key prior to moving across the country. I drive one hour in the middle of the workday (where I had to take time-off), only to get there and be told they didn't have the key. Surely this is something they should have known ahead of time. Can't find any contact info for anyone at the dealer, have no idea how I will be able to resolve the key issue. I have zero confidence they will without my direct action. Overall, pretty much the worst experience I've ever had. If it's not to late, I suggest you run. More
