I ordered the cargo cover of my 2023 Rogue ( it no longer comes with the new vehicle) and when I came to pick it up ( after the parts dept called to inform me it was in) they couldn’t find it . Come to find out the SALES MANAGER gave it away to another customer! Why didn’t that customer have to order it and wait a week like I did? This is after purchasing 4 cars from them in the last 10 years! They wouldn’t even throw in a set of rubber mats for me - I had to buy those myself as well. More

I have been very pleased with every step of the way as I was checking out a 2023 Nissan Kicks SV! I had never heard of this SUV, but was prompted to check it out! I I initially intended to buy a Honda HRV! was checking out a 2023 Nissan Kicks SV! I had never heard of this SUV, but was prompted to check it out! I I initially intended to buy a Honda HRV! What a pleasant surprise with the Kicks SV… its price point, safety features, mileage, & more! It was a very easy change of direction! And a bonus, a Kicks SV with all the features that were on my checklist was there for me to see, test drive, buy & drive home on the same day… & not having to order & wait for delivery, as was the case with a Honda HRV! So I am a very pleased customer of Nissan & finding the perfect fit for me in a smaller SUV & my budget with a Kicks SV! Thank you! More
Max Glatzmaier did pretty good with explaining most of the things with the vehicle. Was kind of rushed thru doing the paperwork with Jalen Jackson. Was not very happy with that. There was a lot of things that were not explained clearly or properly. Then when I went to pick up my Frontier on the day they told me it would be ready , it was NOT ready and they told me they needed another day. Max Glatzmaier then told me stop by within the next couple of months and promised me a free tank of gas for my inconvenience and to help compensate me for the additional day I had to pay for my rental car. I brought this up to Jalen and was told that Max Glatzmaier doesn't work here anymore and they can NOT honor what Max told me. Then I called the department of motor vehicles (DMV) to see where my new plates were at because my temp registration was expiring and they told me that there has NOT been any permanent plates ordered for my Frontier according to the VIN number. They (DMV) told me that the dealer only ordered temp registration for the Frontier and that I needed to contact the dealer and have them order permanent plates for me . So on 3/28/2023 I went to the dealer and talked to Jalen Jackson about this and he told me that were ordered. He then went on to say he could not order another temp registration until 3/29/2023 and that he would do it first thing in the morning on 3/29/2023 and would email them to me. Today is 3/31/2023 and and my temp registration is expired. I still have not received any emails or phone calls from Jalen Jackson or anyone from AutoNation Nissan regarding this issue. I have called to talk to Jalen today and am still waiting for him to return my call. I will attempt to call Jalen again once I am done writing this review. Lets just say at this point I am NOT happy with dealer at this time. More

I was looking for a specific car to get and other dealerships were either saying no or wanting me to pay an arm and a leg for it. It was ridiculous! I was basically done looking. When I came to AutoNation Nissan in Tempe I was shown what every car dealership should be doing. Putting the customers first. I had Wesley helping me and it was the best experience. Every staff in there wants you to leave with what you want. They got it done for me. It’s not just a sell to them. They actually want to help you find what’s best for you. That’s what makes them different. And that’s what makes them the better dealership to purchase a vehicle. Thank you Wesley and thank you AutoNation Nissan Tempe for making this the easiest and fastest car buying experience. More
