After condisending finance manager ruined the sale on my 1st visit, my salesman Jalil gave me a call and convinced me autonation would do every they could to get my buisness. I decided to return a 2nd time and a sale was agreed upon. The vehicle we chose had a significantly broken front windshield and it was noted durring the test drive. Autonantion assured me they would have it replaced at no cost to me. 2 weeks after the sale and im still driving around with the broken windshield. Wheres the professionalism in honoring your word to fix the windshield? More
