Also at MVD the MVD sent me a letter saying the VIN does not match so ??? Trying to get it fixed

I tried calling the number. It was a phone tree "waiting for the operator" or "pushing 0" just kept repeating the message instead of going to an operator. I was unable to get transferred via an operator to the GM's voicemail. I pressed the "Sales" option and was told the GM was not in. You have wasted so much of my time already. Now you want me to keep calling on the off chance I may get the GM. You are just reinforcing how bad your customer service really is.
