So I called the number above. The woman who answered the phone with the service department had no idea whom I should talk to. Told me that if I needed to schedule another service that I should do that and they would probably discount it. I asked for the manager of the dealership and was put on another hold for over 5 minutes. I didn’t have time to sit and wait any longer as it took 5 mins for her to come back to the phone after answering it and putting me directly on hold. In the world of customer service leaving a vague response and just a number to call is not going to turn this around. Giving a name of a person to contact who KNOWS the situation is a lot more inviting and less frustrating on a customer who already had a bad experience with you. As I appreciate the attempt made, it still was just as lackadaisical as when I said the discount the service advisor was allowed to give did not fit this situation.
