Although there was some back and forth when looking at my bill in which I had been overcharged, the manager was most helpful and apologetic for the mistake. I immediately got credit. One thing is I was not called, after dropping off my car, to be told what other work needed to be done besides the 30,000 mile service protocol, even though I told them I would be waiting for the car. I simply stepped out and found out about the extras upon my return to pick up the car after two hours. I then OK the work and had two extra hour to wait. Pushing this aside everything else went fine. I have used this facility in the past and the experience has been good. I recommend them and I will use them again, More
