SUNNY CITY SHADY DEALER I bought a car from Jorge Castello from nissan miami. I thought I got a fair deal until I went to have the items installed that I was promised . I was supposed to get a safety cafe that protects you from flying items . When I got to the shoip they did not want to give me what I was promised. The item they wanted to install was unsafe. Flying metal could go through van and hit someone. The dealer told me tough you left so sorry. I guess I made a mistake for trusting them. That same day II went and bought a nissan frontier from a different dealer. MiAMI IS A SUNNY PLACE WITH SHADY DEALERS DONT TRUST THEM More
Dishonest salesperson and finance manager I had a very bad experience at this dealership. The agreement we made was to make the last 2 payments on our lease they would take care of closing ou I had a very bad experience at this dealership. The agreement we made was to make the last 2 payments on our lease they would take care of closing out the lease. We bought the car from them in late September and made another payment because the bill was due and they took over 2 weeks to send my payment to Infiniti. They never closed out my lease and I got a bill from Infiniti for wear and tear and mileage. Our salesman originally told us not to worry the car would go to the auction, well that was a lie. I called to speak with their finance manager about getting my payment refunded but they told me he resigned. I went to the dealership to speak with the new finance manager since he wasn't returning any of my calls and he said he would take care of it. I have called him a few times since then but he never returned my calls. More
Transmission Work Performance Customer Service is excellent. They have rental vehicles, but not of sufficient supply. Several days after I picked up the vehicle, a "check engine soon" light came on with the resulting code P0778 Pressure control Solenoid. I brought the vehicle back, and they reset codes. I was notified to pick up the vehicle an hour later. Overall very fast service. More

I always hate going to car places because I don't know much about cars and I feel like I'm vulnerable to "tricks," higher prices, and unnecessary charges. Joel not only diagnosed the problem in my car immediately (a brake-light problem, the result of normal wear-and-tear), he helped me fix it in the most economic way possible. He also gave me a list of suggestions for my future car management, which a feel like a lot of car people do but Joel went through each item and told me which ones were really pertinent and when they should be evaluated .... he didn't pressure me into fixing some "urgent" problem immediately. To top it all off, he called me when my car was finished (I was at the dentist down the road) and even provided continued instructions via phone even while he was on his lunch break. I was recently searching for a used Grand Cherokee and spotted one close to me at AutoNation Nissan Miami. The listing had many pictures and an Auto Fax. When I emailed AutoNation, Hector Carrera responded quickly and we set up an appointment to see the car. The buying experience was very pleasant. I found Hector and AutoNation friendly, professional, realistic and efficient. As another plus this dealer is less than two blocks from the best Cuban restaurant in Miami. More

Have taken my car there 4 times for the same problem they changed everything they can think of a charged my warranty's over 15000.00 and the problem still persists. How depressing I will never buy a car ther changed everything they can think of a charged my warranty's over 15000.00 and the problem still persists. How depressing I will never buy a car there and i will only take my car there if the 12 months warranty is needed for the repairs my car has had done there. I've spoken to other people who have taken there car there and they had the same experience and recommend that I never take my car there again also they broke my air conditioner and wanted to charge warranty finally got them to repair and I hope they didn't charge the insurance also left the inside of my car full grease marks on the rugs doors upholstery I had to pay someone to detail it also they said they changed the oil as courtesy they never did and they left all the clips off under car and engine compartment we had to buy the clips. Ps not that this will help me in any way. The car still runs badly. I have driven nissans for 20 years and my wife also I really don't beleive that I want to ever buy a Nissan again after this bad experience. More
