clueless I have had so many issues with this dealership I don't even know where to start. They never return calls. I am beginning to think the person in charge of my service is just a figment of their imagination with a VM. I left my car with them Sunday night to check why the DVD player was not working. I was promised by Fernando (used cart sales manager) that the car was going to be looked over 1st thing the next morning, and repaired Monday so I could retrieve the car Monday night after work as I had no transportation now and had appointments and children to pick up the next day. Well, Monday comes and not even a phone call. I called several times and not once did they call me back. I finally got someone on the phone and they stated they had no idea what care I was talking about and no one had looked at it yet and this was around 2:30. I said i need a rental then since I have things to do. I picked up the rental car which was a four door sedan, and told them i need a status on the car since we are headed out of town Wed. night for the long thanksgiving weekend. Let them know that Fernando promised me the van back in time for this trip as this is a more comfortable ride to Orlando. Well you guessed it, not one phone call to me or returned from my messages to let me know the status. So we left for our trip all squeezed into this sedan and got home last night after the long weekend. Now here it is Monday. Not one VM from my service girl letting me know a status on the vehicle. They have had my car now for 8 days and I have no idea if and when it is being fixed. Every time I call, i get "oh, we dont have this in our system, let me transfer you to Katia" then bam! another VM with me leaving a dead end message. I have driven to Miami at least 4 times now to add to this frustration and still don't have my van. I feel as though Katia doesn't exist and they dont have my van in service, i couldnt even tell you if they have diagnosed the issue yet, or if they are ordering a new part or what.... no one seems to know. Its absolutely ridiculous. I get the run around every time and the end result is always the same....... a VM. What happened to common courtesy and xxxx, common sense for that matter??? I have voiced my concerns with this place to my friends, family, coworkers and anyone who asks "hey, didn't you just get a van, where is it??" Fernando makes empty promises and Hasiel (sales guy) was oblivious to the entire transaction and then Service is a whole different story. If i knew there were going to be this many issues with this transaction I would have never walked foot into this place. More

Unprofessional behavior, incompetence. On Saturday afternoon I went to look at a Murano. I called on saturday evening to state that I wanted to purchase the car. I inquired about making a deposit over the phone to make sure that the car was held until the morning. I was told by the manager that he would have the contract in the morning,not to worry. I asked for the contract to be scanned to me to sign , I was told not to worry. When I arrived on Sunday morning, the salesman (who was very deficient ) came with the contract and the keys. I had a question about the contract, he left to check and never came back. After half hour,I went to see what was happening, the same manager who I had spoken to the night before, said that there had been a mistake and that someone was in the financial office and signing contracts for the same car. I had in my hand a sales slip that he had actually signed and dated the night before. I decided to just leave afrer such incompetence. He offered to find me another car, of course all were more expensive. No apology and a clueless salesman More

BUYER BEWARE!!! Dishonest and Terrible Customer Service 1. First they lied to me several times during the sales process. Shocking I know! 2. The FM tried to jam every add-on imaginable on me. - He 1. Especially watch your interest rate... I have perfect credit and large down payment and they still tried to tack on extra points... - They also tried to slip past a higher price than agreed to, but trying to get me to sign the docs fast... Read and watch everything with these people.... 3. Customer Service after the sale was even worse. Christian and Manny do not care about their customers after the sale.. The brand new car had nicks and scratches that they promised to have fixed... after six follow up attempts, three broken promises and over a month of waiting... its still not done.. Totally unprofessional and now I'm left stuck to find someone after just paying $55,000 for the vehicle.. I knew it was probably a mistake buying from the biggest corporate Publicly traded car dealer in the country.... and this experience proved my fears correct... They don't care about anything but making the sale quota... People are just numbers for them... Trust me! Buy from a smaller dealer that actually cares about their reputation... Love my 2017 Armada.... Christian, Manny and Autonation Miami.. not so much! Make the effort to find another local dealer... More

Go somewhere else I took my car for a repair, they told me that the car computer and the immobilizer were not working and appraised the job at $1500, so I took my car o I took my car for a repair, they told me that the car computer and the immobilizer were not working and appraised the job at $1500, so I took my car out and went to another known dealer, where the diagnostic was only the immobilizer and my car was running the next day for less than half of the Autonation price. So, I wander who was in need of a new Versa computer? Definitely not my car since it is still running perfectly with the old one. More
