Worst dealership in my five years of owning a Nissan! They will house your car, take the day off, & when you call to check on your vehicle no one can give you an update on your vehicle. We now live in West Kendall and still going to this service center, whenever we need help with our cars. We didn't select any Advisor this last time (last week) because the one we had before is no longer working for this center. Five stars to our new Advisor Rafael Marzo, from whom we received the best customer service ever. The only issue we had was with a lady from the rental office, who took an hour to provide us with the rental car service. Battery replacement under warranty 3+ hours wait time Hi, Called to make an appointment. Was assigned to OsmaryGonzalez. I was in the area so I passed by 45 min early being the only car in the lane when Hi, Called to make an appointment. Was assigned to OsmaryGonzalez. I was in the area so I passed by 45 min early being the only car in the lane when arriving. After 30 min min of waiting and speaking to 2 other service reps who only told me her name and called her via air speaker. I finally spoke with her. While waiting for an hour and 10 minutes I noticed someone before me that left. After 3 and a half hours later car was done. This is something bad from the manufacture and still under warranty. Take about 10 min to replace a battery. Appointment was at 2 leaving at 3.38 and arriving at 1.00 PM. So if you make a appointment dont come early and if you so still expect to wait 2 hours or more. More

clueless I have had so many issues with this dealership I don't even know where to start. They never return calls. I am beginning to think the person in charge I have had so many issues with this dealership I don't even know where to start. They never return calls. I am beginning to think the person in charge of my service is just a figment of their imagination with a VM. I left my car with them Sunday night to check why the DVD player was not working. I was promised by Fernando (used cart sales manager) that the car was going to be looked over 1st thing the next morning, and repaired Monday so I could retrieve the car Monday night after work as I had no transportation now and had appointments and children to pick up the next day. Well, Monday comes and not even a phone call. I called several times and not once did they call me back. I finally got someone on the phone and they stated they had no idea what care I was talking about and no one had looked at it yet and this was around 2:30. I said i need a rental then since I have things to do. I picked up the rental car which was a four door sedan, and told them i need a status on the car since we are headed out of town Wed. night for the long thanksgiving weekend. Let them know that Fernando promised me the van back in time for this trip as this is a more comfortable ride to Orlando. Well you guessed it, not one phone call to me or returned from my messages to let me know the status. So we left for our trip all squeezed into this sedan and got home last night after the long weekend. Now here it is Monday. Not one VM from my service girl letting me know a status on the vehicle. They have had my car now for 8 days and I have no idea if and when it is being fixed. Every time I call, i get "oh, we dont have this in our system, let me transfer you to Katia" then bam! another VM with me leaving a dead end message. I have driven to Miami at least 4 times now to add to this frustration and still don't have my van. I feel as though Katia doesn't exist and they dont have my van in service, i couldnt even tell you if they have diagnosed the issue yet, or if they are ordering a new part or what.... no one seems to know. Its absolutely ridiculous. I get the run around every time and the end result is always the same....... a VM. What happened to common courtesy and xxxx, common sense for that matter??? I have voiced my concerns with this place to my friends, family, coworkers and anyone who asks "hey, didn't you just get a van, where is it??" Fernando makes empty promises and Hasiel (sales guy) was oblivious to the entire transaction and then Service is a whole different story. If i knew there were going to be this many issues with this transaction I would have never walked foot into this place. More
