Hector was very honest with no hidden agenda. The car was ready for viewing when I arrived as promised. Hector did not rush to try to make a sale, but instead he first took time to take me on a tour of the vehicle and explained all of the features and answered all of my questions, then took a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the product, and I can tell he was very conscious of me feeling comfortable with the vehicle first. Every employee at this dealership was so pleasant and the Finance guy explained the add ones without pressuring me but broke down the figures where it was very easy to understand and make a final decision. Yes, I bought the vehicle but waited about 2 weeks after to write this review. Hector called and also emailed after the vehicle was purchased to follow up to see if all was okay. I was taken care by Diomil Andrade, whose vendor style I appreciate enormously. He won our business when we showed up unannounced at the parking lot of the dealership, and he gave us information about the c appreciate enormously. When we return a couple of days later to test the car, he didn't try to sell us on the spot. He wanted to close the deal, for sure, but he wasn't pushy or overpromised, as often happens in this business of car sales, where I have felt harassed many times. The same smoothness happened later with Johnny, the man in charge of the financial part. He was very straight forward and although presented to me the menu of options available, he didn't try to push me for the most expensive one. In the end, we actually opted for a higher version of the car we initially eyed, but we can say confidently that it was our decision and not the tricks of any 'skilled' vendor. In the future, I plan to keep my business with Diomil and Nissan. 100% satisfied. More
