I came to have my leased car (2020 Nissan Altima with 17,000 miles) looked at due to a recent check engine light that came on. They proceeded to tell me that it was my air filter, fuel injector, and thro 17,000 miles) looked at due to a recent check engine light that came on. They proceeded to tell me that it was my air filter, fuel injector, and throttle body which needed a cleaning and a new filter. They claimed this was not under warranty, but rather a "maintenance service" that was not covered. They even proceeded to sell me on a "Cooling System Cleaning" which I was firm on not doing, since they said it was optional. Again, the car is a leased 2020 Altima with 17,000 miles. Unfortunately my brother (an Automotive Engineer of 10+ years) was not able to have them talk to the crooked service advisor Alexander Larrea and so they said that I would need to pay this to fix the car. FORTUNATELY, being that my brother worked for Nissan Corporate in the passed, he's now reaching out past the dealership level. I've photocopied the invoice, and he is now escalating this unethical and CORRUPT business practice of trying to take advantage of vulnerable people that have no car knowledge. At this point, it's not about the $210 that I was scammed out of but rather the principle of integrity and honesty. I'm doing this for the shear fact that, if this happened to me, it's clearly happened to many others and guaranteed to continue happening. More
Pedro, the finance manager, is extremely rude and ignored my multiple requests to not talk over me. I understand I'm not the one that purchased the vehicle however, I'm the one that gave my mother the $5,000 for her down payment. All Pedro kept yelling is "are you a customer are you a customer?". I spoke with Pedro along with his Finance director who was I also spoke with, proved the point that their staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They were both very quick to pretty much lose their temper. Not only did I get hung up on twice, but I was lied to and told that the "call dropped". This is not the first instance I've heard of this dealership charging hidden fees and my mother clearly remembers defining the service contract which is the extended warranty, but they still tacked it on the invoice. Not only that, they also attached on a $1,600 maintenance contract she never asked for. Definitely a very deceptive dealership. Please steer clear from this location because they definitely do not know how to either help you once you made the purchase let alone speak to you like a human being. More

Beware of this place, they will install non-original parts in your brand new Nissan without even telling you, and rush you to sign the work order without informing you. I just found this (see picture below) after getting back home. I will call Nissan corporate on Monday and make the complaint, and demand replacement of the part. They will make the cost of their service look similar to other dealerships by overcharging you on labor and putting crap parts in your vehicle jeopardizing your factory warranty. Thank you Jorge C. I made a used audi purchase at this location. I took it to a shop (one that knew what audis were), where the warranty company sent an adjuster. After an inital green light, the claim was closed and was told it had to be taken to AutoNissan. The contract clearly states that i can take it outside of AutoNation with a deductible. Called AutoNation, and they were befuddled; since it isnt a Nissan. Left message for GM of the place...silence. Called and was caught in endless loop of no answer. So Im stuck with a car was bought 30 days ago, with $6k of needed repairs and AutoNation that is no where to be seen directly or though their sham warranty administrator at Assurant. Not a single communication has come from them, except for "go to the dealership" - which would.. IF I HAD A CAR I COULD DRIVE! More

AutoNation Nissan in sw 8st Miami, used the bait and switch tactic, Availability on this car was confirmed on Thursday, the car was reserved for me till Sunday, salesman Eddy Mayorga, he even email me switch tactic, Availability on this car was confirmed on Thursday, the car was reserved for me till Sunday, salesman Eddy Mayorga, he even email me this morning and called me on the phone, to confirm that I was going today, I was there around 11:15 am as agreed, after driving about 30 minutes to go see the Murano. Salesman EDDY MAYORGA, came out and told me it would be 10 minutes to have car here since it was at another location?. After he confirmed multiple times that the car was available at this location. He came out a few minutes later with his manager who told me that the car was selling at another location?. and not even an apology from salesman or Manager. This is very unethical, unprofessional to constantly lie and waste your time and money, knowing the car was never available, hoping you come in and get you on another unit, I will be contacting corporate Monday see how they feel about this Bums scamming customers. More
