Hector was very honest with no hidden agenda. The car was ready for viewing when I arrived as promised. Hector did not rush to try to make a sale, but instead he first took time to take me on a tour of the vehicle and explained all of the features and answered all of my questions, then took a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the product, and I can tell he was very conscious of me feeling comfortable with the vehicle first. Every employee at this dealership was so pleasant and the Finance guy explained the add ones without pressuring me but broke down the figures where it was very easy to understand and make a final decision. Yes, I bought the vehicle but waited about 2 weeks after to write this review. Hector called and also emailed after the vehicle was purchased to follow up to see if all was okay.
