I waited for my car at the dealership, they had very nice coffee, the service rep I worked with--his name is Alex---came twice to tell me how the work was going and explained everything to me in terms of my service coverage and he answered 4 or 5 questions I had about my service contract and also letters I was receiving in the mail telling me my contract was about up but they did not have the name of the company and I showed them to him and he said first of all, if this was from Auto Nation or Nissan, it would have our logo, a name and a way to contact us. He confirmed these were phishing letters. This is the second time I've been to the dealership since purchasing my Nissan Kicks and I always wait for the car and they are very polite and I never end up having to wait too long. Very friendly people. More
