Hi I’m so angry and disappointed with your service , It’s was a bad service also my first service was a poor service when i get there I ask were do I have to do or go give my key to somebody and I talked wit was a bad service also my first service was a poor service when i get there I ask were do I have to do or go give my key to somebody and I talked with de cashier, she said “sit down wait over there” I’m was like I don’t understand because i leave my car in the line so who it’s going to take de key, then I get outside again ask for other person what I have to do and They said for me look your email ask for Duane Talk to him, I wait for him because he was at lunch When i talked to him he said ohh wait for me I am returning of my lunch wait over there it’s was 1:40pm then he go for me the took some pictures , etc… I was waiting my car until 3:45 pm so definitely bad service I ask many times and the person was like wait wait, Why do I have to what to much time if I do my appoiment ? And the treat was worse It’s only oil change so if I need to do other thing so I have to be there all the day? BAD service, BAD Treatment, there is no kindness and it is a Service that I’m going to pay and I cannot waste time, I’m really disappointed with the service the only person who was listening and help me was Joshua Gonzalez the only one who was kind and gentle, the person who was encharge of my car eating potatoes and he’s lunch hour all ready was pass away, all the teeth dirty it’s was disgosting I talked to him and he’s eating chewing not good for me Other day before this I ask for a question and ALL of the people who works over there give to us a bad treatment, I called my sealer too and he do not ask for me so for me the service it’s worse and I talked to the people who was waiting and ALLL of the people said the Same words that I tell you More
