Brendon was the best representitave who really spoke to me couple of times during the car service (that within 3hours service) , knowing that I’ve made 2 attempt before and had different representitave, me couple of times during the car service (that within 3hours service) , knowing that I’ve made 2 attempt before and had different representitave, but Brendon was amazing and went above and beyond, explained all details of my car and recommended services that needed! Although there was some back and forth when looking at my bill in which I had been overcharged, the manager was most helpful and apologetic for the mistake. I immediately got credit. The rest of the staff wa bill in which I had been overcharged, the manager was most helpful and apologetic for the mistake. I immediately got credit. The rest of the staff was very nice and helpful. One thing is I was not called, after dropping off my car, to be told what other work needed to be done besides the 30,000 mile service protocol, even though I told them I would be waiting for the car. I simply stepped out and found out about the extras upon my return to pick up the car after two hours. I then OK the work and had two extra hour to wait. Pushing this aside everything else went fine. I have used this facility in the past and the experience has been good. I recommend them and I will use them again, More
