THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! !! After coming in for an oil change and finding out I had a recall they told me they didn’t have time for it and they said they would call me to sche !! After coming in for an oil change and finding out I had a recall they told me they didn’t have time for it and they said they would call me to schedule! They never did! A year later I come back and the usual poor customer service, they told me the service would take up to 4 hours, 6 hour later with no communication what so ever, I was already late to pick up my daughter and said I needed the car without the clean up (terrible smell) and they said the light was back on! The manager, who spent his whole day walking on the phone laughing as of his shop had a great service, comes out full of attitude! TERRIBLE SERVICE, didn’t offer a ride, didn’t offer a car and told me all O had to do was waiting or signing a release that I was taking the car in dangerous conditions!!! I totally lost it with him! And would like to make sure to say, he is a coward, terrible at what he does, no manager skill what so ever and that is why the shop is sooooo TERRIBLE! His name is Benji and he didn’t even had the courage to say it! I had to ask the other people that was there! Sad episode! Terribleu More
