I brought one of my customer's cars in to be checked due to a rear camera issue. They determined that the camera was fine, but there was damage to the trunk that none of us were aware of. I gave a rating of 1 because 0 (zero) wasn't an option. The email I received to ask for this review didn't even get my name right. The "Service Advisor" I made the initial service appointment with, never b The email I received to ask for this review didn't even get my name right. The "Service Advisor" I made the initial service appointment with, never bothered to enter my appointment into their system. The last time I spoke with her, she agreed to call me the next day to give me an idea as to when the work on my A/C would be done. Also she would have a tech explain to me what would be needed to fix some other issues my car has that I was concerned about, and what it would cost to correct them. This never happened. In fact I called in only to find that she was off work and, apparently, didn't mention what she had agreed to do for me to anyone who would be working that day. She didn't just drop the ball. She never picked it up to begin with! Fortunately, my A/C is now working fine. Well, in fairness, since my A/C is now working, maybe they EARNED a 1 instead of 0 (zero). More
